CORPORATE ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
Begrant Nig. Ltd is structured to meet the requirements of corporate entity and clients, Presently, there are four (4) departments under the management. These include:
Project Management/Engineering Department
The prime responsibility for performing quality work in all discipline rests with the Project Manager, Operations Manager, Administrative manager, QA/QC Manager, Project Engineers and various discipline supervisors. They are jointly charged with compliance with all plans, specification, application codes and standards construction practices.
It is the culture of Begrant Nig. Ltd. to succeed in organizing corporate social responsibility and activities. Our first responsibility is to our teeming clients across the nation.
We are responsible to our employees, the men and women who work with us throughout the country. We respect their dignity and individual merits, encouraging them to flourish in an environment that encourages diversity and career growth.
We are responsible to the communication which we live and work and to the world as well. We must be good citizens, support good works and charities and bear our fair share of taxes. We shall work at protecting the environment and natural resources and also satisfy the yearning of our clients.
The accountability of all the activities is assigned to the Managers. They are fully responsible for supervising the organization and to ensure that proper control, inspection and documentation are performed. They are equally responsible for establishing a satisfactory working relationship with client representatives.
